Diane Westmore is a CPA with the firm of Bauerle & Co., PC, in Denver, Colorado. 

A native of Boulder, she attended the University of Colorado at Boulder to receive a B.A. in German and a B.S. in Business and a JD. She also earned an LLM (Taxation) from the University of Denver. She is a member of the CSCPA, AICPA, ABA and CBA.
